Recreational Gymnastics Instructor

We are looking for a positive, reliable, and energetic Recreational Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. This position focuses on teaching beginner to intermediate athletes in a fun, structured, and safe environment while helping each child build strength, coordination, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational gymnastics classes for ages 3–12+
• Teach basic gymnastics skills on floor, beam, bars, and vault
• Create a fun, engaging, and safe class environment
• Maintain class structure and keep students focused and active
• Provide corrections and encouragement to support progress
• Ensure safety rules are followed at all times
• Communicate professionally with parents when needed

Requirements

• Previous gymnastics, dance, or coaching experience preferred
• Experience working with children is a must
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions and StrengthFlex class structure
• Team player and willing to learn
