The Role      

The Newport Fulfillment Associate is responsible for executing the day-to-day fulfillment operations that power customer delivery. This role ensures inventory accuracy, order precision, and timely shipment while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where attention to detail, urgency, and accountability directly influence customer satisfaction and revenue retention.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end order fulfillment including picking, packing, labeling, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Execution of daily warehouse operations across logistics, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory handling
  • Preparing shipments to standard, including assembling boxes, packing to specific guidelines, palletizing, and optimizing warehouse space
  • Inventory awareness and management, including monitoring product and material levels and proactively alerting the Warehouse Manager to shortages
  • Supporting inbound operations, including safe and efficient unloading of incoming containers and shipments
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe workstations and warehouse environment throughout the day
  • Performing quality control checks to ensure every order is complete, accurate, and meets fulfillment standards
  • Proactively identifying and communicating risks related to inventory gaps, delays, or order issues

  • Physical demands of the role are handled consistently, including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stacking, and standing throughout the shift
  • The associate shows up on time, energized, and ready to contribute, maintaining a positive and reliable presence
