Duties

• Demonstrate proper techniques for vault, bars, beam, floor routines, and other gymnastics disciplines
• Monitor athlete progress, provide constructive feedback, and develop personalized improvement plans
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all equipment is used correctly and maintained regularly
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and confidence
• Manage behavior management strategies to maintain focus and respect during training sessions
• Collaborate with parents, other coaches, and staff to support athlete development and event preparation

Requirements

• Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in a sports setting
• Knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals, including vaulting, balance beam, uneven bars, floor exercises, and safety procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students of diverse ages and backgrounds
• Ability to manage behavior effectively while creating an energetic and positive atmosphere
