Automotive Mechanic – Rental Fleet (Immediate Hire)

InCity Auto Group – Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our growing rental car operation. This role is critical to keeping our fleet safe, on the road, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair vehicles in a timely and efficient manner

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, belts, fluids, inspections, etc.)

• Respond quickly to customer vehicle concerns as they arise

• Inspect returned vehicles and identify any issues immediately

• Keep accurate maintenance logs and report needed repairs

• Help ensure all vehicles are rental-ready at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical knowledge (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.)

• Ability to work with urgency and prioritize tasks

• Dependable, consistent, and takes ownership of their work

• Good communication skills when addressing customer concerns

• Experience with fleet maintenance is a plus
