💲 $18/hour | Day Shift + PM Shift (starting at 4PM)

Our client is looking for experienced, motivated, and dependable Floor Care Technicians to join their growing team! This role focuses on specialized floor and surface care—not janitorial or housekeeping.

🧼 What You’ll Do:
• Clean carpet, upholstery, ceramic tile, grout, and hard surfaces
• Strip and wax VCT flooring
• Use mobile devices for communication and job tracking
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment
• Assist with minor equipment repairs
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed

✅ Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service skills
