We are looking for a passionate, creative, and student-centered educator to join our growing learning community!

Our program serves children ages 5–10 in a small, relationship-driven environment that values curiosity, hands-on learning, and individualized education. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is excited about working outside of a traditional classroom setting and wants to be part of something meaningful and evolving.

Position Details:

• Part-time position
• Start Date: September 1
• Must hold (or obtain by October 1) a valid teaching certificate

What You’ll Do:

• Teach foundational phonics and math (K–5) with confidence
• Support small groups with individualized instruction
• Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students
• Lead or support elective courses (such as art or other creative subjects)

• Prioritizes individualized instruction over one-size-fits-all teaching
• Values hands-on, experiential learning
• Is warm, patient, and relationship-driven
• Is adaptable and excited to grow with our program over time
• Brings creativity and initiative to the classroom
• Has experience in special education (preferred)
