GlowRow™ Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Travelling to the site where the tour will take place.
• Assist loading/unloading kayaks, oars, lifejackets into trailer.
• Assist customers loading and unloading into and out of the kayaks.
• Maintain security of the site while the tour is conducted. 
• Assist in Check-in process of customers and the allocation of life jackets, as well as assist customers at the end of the returning tour.
• Maintain calm and professional demeanor when having customer conversations, patience is key

Compensation/Benefits:

• Free trips on GlowRow™ tours when available.
• Compensation to be start at 12.50/hr for 30-days, or until training is completed by working a minimum of 10 shifts. Compensation then is increased to 14/hr.
• Compensation does not include on site cash tips.

Requirements:

• Must have transportation, drivers license and insurance.
• Availability to work nights 6:30pm to 1:00am
• Ability to lift approximately 40lbs. 
• Dependable

CPR certification.
