Spend your summer outside, with kids, and building a resume of skills for almost all future jobs! We are a Christian Summer Camp located right on the Chesapeake Bay! 

Counselors must be 18+. 

Camp Counselors work in conjunction with fellow counselors to care for, keep safe, act as a role model and guide campers through their week at camp! 

Counselors will work in a team with other counselors to care for their assigned campers each week. They will live with the kids and help lead and facilitate activities outlined in their daily schedule. 

During Staff Training you will be trained on the skills needed to lead various camp activities, learn more about child development, practice games and activities to engage campers at age-appropriate levels. Activities that you’ll be trained on and help facilitate include: swimming (lifeguarding course available), hiking, biking, crafts, climbing wall, low-ropes/ challenge course, singing, group games, archery, slingshots, Bible Study, worship, campfires, campouts, canoeing, tree climbing, and fishing. Counselors will sleep in a cabin with campers at night. 

When assigned, counselors may go on trips and adventures on and off grounds. All sleeping areas are separated by gender.

*Paid trainings - CPR/First Aid, Climbing Wall, Lifeguarding *Room & Board (Food & Lodging) - from June 1 - August 7, 2026 

*Weekends Off from Friday 6p.m. - Sunday at 12p.m. & Daily Sabbath time
