Job description:

Elsmore Swim Shop, one of the largest and most successful swim team dealers in the U.S., is seeking an experienced retail sales associate for our store in Brookfield, WI. Daytime, Early Evening and Weekend Hours are available.

• Deliver an exceptional retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Be knowledgeable, engaging and efficient in each customer interaction.
• Sort, fold, restock product as needed. Ensure product is properly displayed
• Engage with store staff and leadership in professional, positive, collaborative ways. Be open to feedback and opportunities for improvement.
• Support leadership by upholding operational standards and working safely, including adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous retail, including POS, experience preferred.
• Competitive swimming experience a plus!
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Typical retail environment; store setting. Extended periods of time standing, using a computer (typing, looking at a screen).
• Moderate Lifting (30-40 lbs)
