Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Corban Early Learning Center – Cincinnati, OH

Corban Early Learning Center is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated, joyful, and professional Toddler Teacher to join our Gold‑standard team. We are a warm, family‑centered program that believes in excellence, teamwork, and creating a nurturing environment where children and educators thrive.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Toddler Teacher who:

• Holds at least a CPL 2.0 (or is actively working toward it)
• Shows up with professionalism, reliability, and a team‑player mindset
• Understands toddlers’ developmental needs and supports learning through play
• Values documentation, communication, and partnership with families
• Believes in maintaining a positive, respectful classroom culture
• Is committed to our standard of excellence and genuine care

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate toddler environment
• Support routines, transitions, and classroom management with consistency
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Communicate with families in a friendly, professional manner
• Collaborate with co‑teachers and leadership to maintain a high‑quality classroom
• Follow all licensing, safety, and center policies
