Position: Production Assistant

Location:Auburn, CA

Type: Part-time to start but open to Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $18/hr

Start Date: May 1st, 2026

This is a hands-on, detail-driven position working directly with real flowers and custom art pieces. You’ll be involved in multiple stages of the preservation process, from handling delicate blooms to assisting in resin pours and display design.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a creative studio environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures (hot and cold conditions depending on the process/studio needs)
• Ability to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks with care and precision
• Comfortable wearing a respirator 

• Preparing and handling flowers for preservation
• Assisting with resin work and display design
• Following detailed production processes and instructions
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the studio
• Supporting production timelines and workflow
