True Blue Painting is a fast-growing residential painting company looking for a Production Manager to run jobs from start to finish.

You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, subcontractor crews, job quality, and customer communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and manage painting projects
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractor crews
• Ensure quality work and daily job site cleanliness
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the job
• Keep projects on time and on budget

What We’re Looking For:

• Organized and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• Experience managing crews or projects (painting/construction preferred)
• Problem-solver who takes ownership
• Valid driver’s license
