We are looking for a Workflow Automation Consultant to analyze, design, and implement automated business processes that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance overall productivity.
 The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and deploy automation solutions using modern workflow automation software.

    Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions tailored to business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements
• Configure and optimize workflow automation software platforms (such as Cflow or similar tools)
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and SOPs
• Monitor performance of automated workflows and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Provide training and support to end users on new automated processes
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and provide timely resolutions
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in workflow automation, business process management, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of process mapping and optimization techniques
• Experience with workflow automation tools (no-code/low-code platforms preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
  Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with tools like Cflow, Zapier, Kissflow, or Microsoft Power Automate
• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies
• Certification in BPM or process automation (a plus)
