Gracious Gifts Child Development Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a joyful, structured, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports the whole child. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, creativity, and a deep commitment to early childhood education.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance strategies
• Support children with diverse learning needs and abilities
• Maintain consistent communication with families regarding student progress and development
• Collaborate with staff, administrators, and external specialists (therapists, tutors, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and center policies
• Conduct ongoing assessments and track developmental progress

• Must meet Wisconsin Registry qualifications for a Lead Teacher (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong background in early childhood education and child development
• Experience with inclusive practices for children with special needs
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with standardized assessments and early intervention strategies
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
