Job responsibilities include:

* Serving customers in dining room and bar
*Learning our menu and drink recipes 
*Create drink menu
*Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
*Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
*Present, garnish and arrange final drinks
*Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and drinks
*Handle and store ingredients and drink safety and sanitation standards
*Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a fast paced environment

Full time availability and weekends.
