Nickelson Lawn Care is looking for a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Laborer to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of outdoor landscaping and maintenance tasks to keep residential and commercial properties looking their best.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and blow off lawns and properties
• Perform weed eating and trimming around obstacles
• Install mulch, pine needles, and basic landscaping materials
• Assist with aeration and overseeding services
• Apply fertilizer and lawn treatments (as directed)
• Help with leaf cleanup and seasonal services
• Assist with basic drainage work (rip rap, ditch work, etc.)
• Load/unload equipment and maintain tools
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus (but not required)
