Job Position: Booking Clerks – wholesale travel (NOC 64313)

Wage: $21.50-$22.00/hour

Working hours: 30-40 hours a week (to be negotiated)

Business/Working Location: 4709 - 50TH Avenue, Yellowknife, NT X1A 1N4 Canada

Job Duties:

• Receive and process customer travel requests and reservations
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel products and services
• Manage flight, hotel, and transportation bookings and make necessary schedule adjustments
• Provide customers with information on travel itineraries, pricing, policies, and regulations
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds
• Prepare and maintain travel-related documents and customer records
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
• Promote and sell travel insurance and additional services
• Assist in preparing marketing materials and supporting promotional activities
• Research travel trends and destinations to provide up-to-date recommendations

Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school is required.

-Previous work experience in the travel field would be an asset.
