Compensation & Perks 

Competitive Base Salary: $79,000 – $87,000+ (based on experience/potential). 

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 bonus over 2 years 

Benefits: monthly healthcare stipend, 401(k) matching, and 3+ weeks of PTO. 

Performance Bonuses: Profit-sharing opportunities as you build your caseload. 

Qualifications 

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. 

Indiana PT License (or eligibility to obtain). 

A "growth mindset" and a passion for community-based care.
