Haus of Paws is a premier pet grooming salon. We serve the main line and surrounding areas. We are moving to a new shop last November in Berwyn, PA. The shop is 4500 sq feet which includes: grooming room, bathing room, and a playtime/training center.

We know that pets are part of our families therefore we strive to make all our clients looking feel their best in a clean, stress-free environment, where they are loved and pampered.

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who will be the Front Desk Supervisor. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. The candidate be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays if needed. The successful candidate will be capable of greeting customers, answering incoming and outgoing calls, and managing client scheduling. The ideal candidate is forward thinking, efficient and ready to jump into an exciting role where they'll be involved in all aspects of company operations! Most importantly we are looking for somebody that loves dogs, has a positive energy and has great leadership skills.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting all clients into the salon
  • Perform all check-in and check-outs per appointment
  • Manage phone appointments
  • Confirm client’s appointments through phone calls/text
  • Register clients collected information
  • Respond to clients inquires in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain updated records per appointment
  • Run errands for the company and its employees
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Communicate well with customer on the phone and in-person
  • Ensure lobby, front desk, bathing area, and salon is clean and tidy
  • Assist owners and groomers with daily tasks
  • Be organized and a multi-tasker
  • Be motivated, energized, proactive, and ready to work

What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1 years of experience in a professional pet-related industry or hair salon industry

- Front desk and/or receptionist experience

- Can handle 65-100 calls a day, checking in all clients, checking emails, and book appts throughout the day

- At least one year of experience in a leadership or management role

- Able to handle and operate through daily stressors

- You are a problem-solver and can guide others through with daily situations that arise

- Can assist the owners on achieving daily goals
