We are seeking a motivated and reliable college student to join our team as a Weekend Leasing Intern at a professionally managed apartment community in Freeport, Maine. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management, leasing, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents 
• Conduct apartment tours 
• Answer phone and email inquiries 
• Support leasing and administrative tasks 
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment 

Schedule:

• Saturdays and Sundays 
• Approx. 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled college student (preferred) 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Reliable and professional 
• Interest in real estate, business, or customer service 

Compensation:

• $20/hour
