We’re looking for energetic, positive individuals to help coach and officiate youth sports including flag football, soccer, basketball, and more. This role is all about creating a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where kids can learn, grow, and love the game.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and officiate games while teaching basic skills
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence
• Keep games organized (score, time, rules)
• Create a positive experience for players, parents, and coaches

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in sports (playing, coaching, or officiating preferred)
• High energy, reliability, and a great attitude
• Availability on weekends (season-based schedule)
