About the Role

We are hiring a Full‑Time Occupational Therapist (with consideration for part‑time or contracted candidates) to provide early intervention services for children with a wide range of developmental needs in Philadelphia and Delaware Counties.

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge of sensory integration and comfort working within a collaborative, family‑centered model
• Willingness to engage and learn the coaching model used in early intervention.

Prior experience in the coaching model not required

• Ability to partner with families and other professionals to support children's growth
• Pennsylvania OT license and updated clearances are required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply — extensive training in the coaching model is provided, including those who haven't worked in early intervention before.
