A1A Watersports & Boat Rentals Job Position for Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by managing reservations for Boat Rentals, Jet Ski Tours and Equipment rental. This position also assists guests with reservations, payments, ensuring all required forms and safety information are completed accurately. Job Duties and Responsibilities
-Experience with Boat Rentals & Jet Skis
-Greet and assist guest with Boat Rentals & Jet ski rentals & Tours, by phone and in person
-Answer phones and make reservations by phone daily ( Must enjoy working with custommers)
-Communicate clearly with guests about check in times, return times and what is provided with Boat Rental reservation
-Provide accurate information about Boater Safety & Certification requirements by FWC, schedules and pricing
-Ensure all waivers and liability releases are completed before guests participate in any Boat Rentals or Jet Ski Activities
-Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations daily
-Provide area information and waterways information 
-Assist with checkouts and returns of all Boat Rentals and Jet skis
-Coordinate and Maintain Communication with Dock Help Crew & Confirm Tours and Boat Rentals Daily
-Process all payments, refunds properly
-Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and Holidays ! ( More details in person)
-Willing to train, but must be responsible and willing to learn.
