Concord Country Club is seeking responsible, energetic Lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable pool environment for our members and guests throughout the summer season.

Lifeguards are responsible for monitoring pool activity, enforcing safety rules, and responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness of the pool deck, assisting with daily operations, and providing a friendly, attentive member experience.

Candidates must hold current lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude are essential.

This is a seasonal position with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
