B'Creative Media is an 8(a) certified minority-owned video and media production company based in the Atlanta area. Our clients have included Fortune 500 corporations and national non-profits and major production agencies. I"m building our team and want to bring in a few sharp, motivated people who want to learn more about this side of the industry.
This is not a coffee-and-errands internship. You'll shadow the owner directly and get real exposure to how professional content gets made at the corporate and commercial level.
What you'll be working on right away:
You'll help coordinate logistics and provide creative support for B'Creative's annual NABA conference production in Las Vegas; a multi-day live event shoot. You'll also help produce our unscripted social experiment series for youtube, from pre-production through post.
What we're looking for:
This role doesn't require a production background. However; you must communicate clearly, follow through on what you say you'll do, and work well with people; clients, crew, and collaborators. You're organized, proactive, and you bring a good attitude into every room you walk into.
On the tools side, you should be comfortable in Microsoft Office and either already familiar with AI tools relevant to content creation, or genuinely eager to learn them. Either works. What doesn't work is someone who's resistant to new technology, because AI is baked into how BC operates.
What you'll be trained and upskilled on:
This is the core exchange: Your time and effort for real, marketable knowledge. Over the course of this internship, you'll get hands-on exposure to:
You're not watching tutorials. You're working alongside someone who has done this for over 20 years with clients like Delta Air Lines, Coca-Cola, and PBS.
What's in it for you:
This role is unpaid, but interns who show up and perform move to the front of the line when paid freelance roles open up. One of those could be a 5-day paid production gig in Las Vegas this June.
To apply: Send a brief note about yourself, any relevant skills you have and why this interests you. (1 paragraph is fine.) No formal resume required, but welcome.
