Position Overview: As a Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a designated pool route, ensuring water chemistry is balanced, equipment is functioning properly, and clients receive outstanding customer care. This is a customer-facing role that requires professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities -Test and balance pool water chemistry -Add necessary chemicals to maintain safe, clean water -Empty skimmer and pump baskets -Vacuum pool floors and skim surfaces -Brush walls, steps, benches, and scrub tile lines -Inspect pool equipment for proper operation -Troubleshoot minor issues and report repair needs -Document services performed using company app (detailed notes required) -Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies -Address client questions and concerns professionally -Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle -Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements -Valid Idaho Driver’s License with clean driving record (Required) -Ability to pass pre-employment background check -Must have a working smartphone and be comfortable using apps (Google -Maps, service reporting software) -Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all seasons -Professional, clean-cut appearance -Strong written and verbal communication skills  -Manage a consistent service schedule -Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented -Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
