We are seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Director to lead our early learning program! This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated to nurturing young minds, supporting families, and creating a safe, structured, and inspiring environment for children to grow.

Qualifications:

✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in a childcare or early childhood setting

✔️ Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

✔️ Knowledge of Pennsylvania DHS childcare regulations

✔️ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience per PA requirements)

✔️ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

✔️ Ability to manage staff, curriculum, and daily operations

✔️ CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

✔️ Current clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal Background)
