NVT Staffing is hiring two motivated, people-oriented self-starters to help expand our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) and Property Management divisions. What You’ll Do

• Prospect & Pitch 
  • Hit daily/weekly targets for outbound calls, personalized emails, and social outreach. 
  • Attend 3+ networking events per week (daytime or after-hours) to build your pipeline. 
• Win & Grow Accounts 
  • Schedule and run in-person client meetings across the DMV to understand needs and present solutions. 
  • Strengthen existing relationships while uncovering new revenue opportunities. 
• Own Your Territory 
  • Maintain an in-office presence (40 hrs within our 8 a.m.–5:30 p.m. core window). 
  • Adjust your schedule when attending approved after-hours events. 
• Collaborate & Report 
  • Partner with recruiters and leadership to ensure top-tier service delivery. 
  • Track activity and results in our CRM; consistently exceed KPIs. 

What You’ll Bring

• 0-3 years of professional experience (internships count!). 
• Passion for sales, networking, and relationship building. 
• Confident communicator—phone, email, and face-to-face. 
• Organized, self-driven, and eager to smash goals. 
• Reliable transportation for client visits around the region. 
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
