We are a small but growing business (since 2010) wellness center in downtown Portland. We open 7 days a week and have walk-in clients as well as new/returning clients. Most of our clients come in for therapeutic massage and some for relaxation therapy. You must have knowledge of deep tissue modality and has a passion for doing treatment work, eastern modality is a plus, but not required. The owner has 20+ years practical experience with Tuina, Cupping, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Massage and Reflexology and is willing to train the right person.

We are in need of a part time reliable, punctual, energetic professional massage therapist as our business continues to grow. All levels of experience encouraged to apply. Must be able to provide deep tissue. When work demands do a minimum of 4.5 hours appointments per day, work some weekends and evenings, and work a minimum of 2 shifts per week, willing to grow with company.

Job duties:

Wash all the tools after using

Keep your work area neat and clean

Help with client scheduling and take payment when necessary

Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend personalized treatment plants

This is a W-2 employee position with pay twice per month, the 5th and 20th. Medical insurance coverage for eligibility employees at 32 hour or more a week. We pay your payroll taxes, we provide clientele, hydraulic lift massage table in every room, all supplies, on site laundry. We have online scheduling and you can view your book even when you are not working. We leave fifteen minutes in between each massage session for our therapists to change linens, and sanitize the room.

Pay Scale: $38 to $50 per treatment hour.
