We’re looking for a friendly, energetic individual to join our team as the welcoming face of our shop! In this role, you’ll greet customers, answer phone calls, and provide helpful, attentive service. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting customers in-store, offering creative and thoughtful gift ideas, and making personalized flower and gift recommendations that exceed expectations. You’ll also handle detailed POS order entry, respond to customer emails, maintain website inventory, operate cash registers and related technology, and follow established company procedures with accuracy. Additional tasks include merchandising, flower wrapping, light cleaning, and stocking products.

For candidates with the right skills and interest, there is also an opportunity to assist with social media management and marketing.

Compensation will be based on experience. We are open to hiring either one full-time team member or two part-time team members.
