Landscape Crew Leader / Driver

Full-Time Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses  

Gordon’s Lawn & Landscape is hiring a dependable and experienced Crew Leader/Driver to lead a small team and ensure high-quality work on every job. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can manage a crew, and keeps jobs running efficiently.   

Responsibilities  

• Drive company truck and trailer to job sites  - Lead and manage a 2–3 person crew 
•  Perform lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing) 
• Oversee quality control on all jobs  
• Train and guide crew members  
• Communicate with customers when needed  - Maintain and care for equipment  

 Requirements  

• MUST HAVE-Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required)  
• Experience pulling a trailer (required)  
• Prior landscaping/lawn care experience  
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred  
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
