Duties

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Schedule and publish posts.
• Monitor socials to track brand mentions, industry trends, and audience sentiment; report insights for campaign optimization.
• Analyze web analytics data to measure campaign performance; prepare reports highlighting key metrics.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly while maintaining positive relationship management.
• Assist in coordinating public relations activities and branding initiatives that elevate the company’s profile across digital channels.
• Contribute ideas for innovative content creation and digital marketing campaigns aligned with current trends.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Demonstrated familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and social listening techniques.
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content output.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in branding and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment; eager to contribute fresh ideas for social media marketing initiatives.
