Rapidly growing gymnastics center located in beautiful Santa Monica is seeking positive, self-motivated and highly energetic individuals who have a passion for working with kids.

Now accepting applications for recreational gymnastics class instructors, and developmental pre-team and competitive gymnastics team coaches. Multiple positions open to fill immediately.

Experience teaching children required. Prior personal experience as a gymnast preferred.

Recreational gymnastics instructor: Qualified candidates have experience teaching fundamental through advanced level gymnastics. A background in early childhood development a plus.

Competitive gymnastics team coach: Qualified candidates have previous experience coaching women's artistic gymnastics. Knowledge of USAG developmental, compulsory and Xcel and/or NGA programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson/training plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to athletes in skill development and technique.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Incorporate elements of childhood development and teaching into coaching methods.
- Utilize knowledge of sports coaching and relevant skills such as martial arts and physical education.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall program experience.

All candidates must be open to working weekday, evening and Saturday shifts. Shifts vary depending on position.

Part-time opportunities with growth potential available. Pay commensurate with experience and position $19-$25 per hour to start.
