Full-Time Janitorial Position – West Side Factory

Specialized Cleaning is hiring a full-time Janitorial Cleaning Technician for a factory on the west side of town. This is a great opportunity if you live nearby and want a stable job with a short commute. Experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with two shifts available (one person per shift):

• First Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Second Shift: 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms; restock hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Clean cubicles, offices, conference rooms, and lunch areas (including microwaves and refrigerators)
• Change trash liners and take out trash
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all assigned areas
• Clean and disinfect all horizontal surfaces, including desks (as allowed), counters, tables, door handles, and light switches
• Follow procedures for the safe use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Notify Manager of any needed minor or major repairs or issues with building systems
• Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as needed for an 8-hour shift
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required if you are willing to learn

Pay and Benefits

• Pay range: 11–13 per hour, depending on experience and performance
• Attendance and performance/goal bonuses available
• Full-time, stable schedule

Physical & Work Requirements
 walk for extended periods throughout a large facility, as well as to bend, lift, carry, and move objects as part of daily duties. The role also involves regular use of cleaning chemicals and professional interaction with factory staff and other personnel on-site. Candidates must be comfortable working in an active industrial environment and consistently following all safety, security, and company procedures.
