The Valet Parking Manager is responsible for overseeing all valet operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient vehicle flow, and a safe, professional environment. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage staff, client relationships, and day-to-day logistics. This is an opportunity that can be part time or full time. 

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily valet operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage
  • Ensure smooth and efficient vehicle flow during peak and non-peak hours
  • Monitor and maintain service standards, response times, and overall performance
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and develop valet attendants and supervisors
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action when necessary
  • Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused team culture
  • Lead by example in appearance, attitude, and work ethic

Customer Service

  • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through professional and courteous service
  • Handle customer concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and property management

Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Manage payroll, labor costs, and budgeting for valet operations
  • Track revenue, tips, and financial reporting (if applicable)
  • Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and operational logs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and local regulations

Risk Management & Safety

  • Enforce safety protocols and proper vehicle handling procedures
  • Investigate and document accidents, damages, or incidents
  • Ensure all employees have valid driver’s licenses and meet company driving standards
  • Maintain insurance and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience in valet, hospitality, or parking management
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with valet management systems or parking technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to run, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs if needed
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22-$24/hr or Salary depending on experience
