About TNT Enrichment Center LLC

TNT Enrichment Center provides a homeschool-based learning program designed to support both academic growth and strong personal values. Our Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten program combines interactive learning with character-building experiences that help students develop confidence, integrity, perseverance, and empathy.

We are seeking a dedicated TK/K educator who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences and believes that strong character and academic foundations go hand in hand.

Position Overview

This role involves leading a small TK/K homeschool group in a hands-on, engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and committed to helping young learners thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons appropriate for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students
• Develop curriculum aligned with California standards while personalizing instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Create a structured yet encouraging classroom culture built on respect, responsibility, and kindness
• Encourage social-emotional development through teamwork, guided play, and class discussions
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to support continuous growth
• Maintain consistent communication with families, offering updates and support as needed
• Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and a love of learning in daily interactions

Qualifications

• Strong interest in early childhood and foundational education
• Previous teaching experience with TK, Kindergarten, or early elementary students preferred
• Understanding of early learning standards and child development principles
• Ability to design creative, hands-on lessons that keep students engaged
• Effective communicator with both children and parents
• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field preferred

Job Type: Part-Time (Tues, Wed, Thurs 9:30am-3pm) *Full-time available if picking up hours at our Childcare center in Rocklin, CA
Compensation: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
