Job description:

TNT Enrichment Center’s music program is expanding, and we are currently looking for talented part-time music instructors to join our growing studio. We are seeking teachers who are reliable, adaptable, and passionate about helping students grow in their musical abilities.

Position Overview

Instructors will provide both private and small group music lessons for students of various ages and skill levels. Our ideal candidate is an experienced musician who enjoys teaching and can create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience teaching private music lessons
• Ability to teach students of different ages and skill levels
• Strong understanding of music theory, technique, and performance
• Demonstrated proficiency and performance experience on your primary instrument
• Comfortable communicating with parents about lesson progress and student development
• Reliable with time management, including tracking and submitting your own hours
• Able to arrive prepared and on time for scheduled lessons

Pay & Scheduling

• $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Studio hours run Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling based on instructor availability
• Student lessons are arranged around the availability you provide
