Food Truck Manager – Corn Diggity Dogs

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Food Truck Manager to help lead daily operations for a fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused food truck.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things running smoothly—from the fryer to the front window.

Requirements

• Must have a Food Manager Certification (or be willing to obtain—we’ll help the right person get certified)
• Comfortable in a leadership/manager role
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Confident working with fryers, propane systems, and generators
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food truck operations
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Manage inventory, prep, and ordering
• Lead and support team members during service
• Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive team environment
