Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Tampa, FL, for an Inventory & Relabeling Associate. The associate will be responsible for managing inventory adjustments, ensuring precise labeling of electronic devices, conducting regular inventory audits, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Additional responsibilities include checking,  organizing physical stock, and ensuring proper handling, storage, and quality control of all devices.

Key Responsibilities 

• Verify quantities, IMEI/serial numbers, and documentation
• Remove products from supplier POs in the system
• Adjust inventory back into company-owned stock
• Convert supplier SKUs to internal company SKUs
• Print and apply company barcode labels
• Ensure physical inventory matches system counts
• Report discrepancies such as missing or mismatched units

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Electronics handling experience is a plus
• Reliable, organized, and punctual.
