We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at Blush & Balance. The ideal candidate is confident leading group classes, attentive to form and alignment, and committed to creating a welcoming, uplifting environment for clients of all levels.

You should have experience (or formal training) in reformer-based Pilates, strong cueing skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, well-structured classes that focus on strength, flow, and balance. We value instructors who bring positive energy, professionalism, and a desire to grow within a supportive, community-focused studio.
