Today's Dental | Omaha, Nebraska | Multiple LocationsWho We Are

Since 1980, Today's Dental has grown from a single practice into a family of six locations across the Omaha metro — and we've worked hard to make sure our culture has grown with us, not away from us. With about 100 employees and one owner — Dr. Brent Rising — we're big enough to offer real stability and resources, but small enough that leadership knows every single person on our team by name.

We're not a corporate dental chain. We're a community of clinicians who genuinely care about the people in our chairs. If you're looking for a place where you're valued as a clinician — not just a producer — you've found it.

What Your Day Looks Like

Every morning starts with a team huddle. Not just a rundown of the schedule — a real conversation about each patient as a whole person. Who are they? What's going on in their life? Are they managing a health condition we should keep in mind? Our hygienists lead that conversation, and it sets the tone for everything that follows.

From there, your day is yours to manage. You'll have the autonomy to set your own appointment lengths — because you know best whether a patient needs 60 minutes or 90. You'll perform thorough cleanings and assessments, and when your schedule allows, you'll have the opportunity to provide additional services like scaling and root planning, sealants, and fluoride treatments — all within your scope of practice.

You won't be rushed. You won't be micromanaged. You'll be trusted.
