Warner Camp | Summer Ministry Jobs (Paid + Room & Board)

At Warner Camp, summer isn’t about clocking in—it’s about showing up, growing deep, and being part of what God is doing in the lives of kids and students.

We’re hiring college-age leaders (19–22) for our Summer Ministry Team, with roles ranging from:

• Summer Program Directors (leadership + ministry experience)
• Camp Counselors
• Program & Activities Staff
• Worship Team Members
• Lifeguards

🏠 Room & board included
📆 8–10 week commitment (June–mid August)

You’ll live and work on our 200+ acre camp near Lake Michigan, surrounded by woods, water, community, and space to breathe. Days are full of laughter, meaningful conversations, worship, late-night debriefs, and moments where you see faith come alive—sometimes in campers, sometimes in yourself.

This is more than a summer job.
