Social Media & Content Intern (Paid) – Construction & Design

We are a high-end construction management and general contracting firm seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Intern to help capture and communicate the story behind our projects.

This is a paid, hands-on opportunity ideal for a student or early-career creative looking to build a strong, real-world portfolio in construction, design, and brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Capture on-site content (photo + video) across active construction projects
• Edit and produce Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts
• Assist with content planning and execution
• Operate a drone for site footage (or willingness to learn)
• Maintain visual consistency aligned with brand standards
• Identify compelling moments in the field and translate them into engaging content
• Utilize existing photos and videos to create engaging content
• Work as a team with company president to prepare, proof, and build Social Media schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience with content creation (Instagram, TikTok, or similar)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, AI tools, etc.)
• Strong visual eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Interest in construction, architecture, or design is a major plus
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working on active job sites
• Photography experience is a bonus
• Drone experience is a bonus (or willingness to be trained)
