For these positions you must pass an background check and an pass drug test as well, have an Valid DL, SS card, CPR/First Aide Card, HS Diploma or GED, an Vehicle, Car Insurance. For the Team lead position you must have experience supervisor management skills, and working with seniors. For the Transport Drivers you must have clean DL record with no points, and have experience working with Development disability Individuals.
