We’re looking for a motivated and style-savvy Assistant Store Manager to join our charming women’s clothing and needlepoint shop in Edgartown MA. This is a unique opportunity to blend fashion, creativity, and customer connection in one of New England’s most beautiful coastal communities.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily store operations and assist the Store Manager
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
• Help drive sales through product knowledge and styling guidance
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and inventory management
• Train and motivate team members
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store environment

What We’re Looking For
 

Previous retail experience required (management experience a plus)

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for women’s fashion, accessories, and/or needlepoint
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on, team-player attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
