We are currently seeking a PRN provider to join our urgent care team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, anticipates clinical and operational needs, learns quickly, and is able to work with minimal supervision. Especially given that we are new, we seek a team member who can contribute in meaningful ways with ideas to improve patient care, workflow, and provide useful feedback for the overall business.

As a newly established urgent care, our current patient volume ranges from approximately 4–7 patients per day in a 12 hour shift. In light of this, the starting compensation is $60-65 per hour in light of the excess free time staff have on shift. Of course there will be the opportunity for increased pay as patient volumes grow as well as the opportunity to become part-time or full-time. This job does not have benefits at this time.

This position offers flexibility, with availability for 1–4 shifts per month.
