Mystic Hills Golf is seeking a motivated and engaging LPGA Golf Instructor to join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art practice facility. This is a unique opportunity to grow your own instruction business while working in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for an instructor who is passionate about teaching and enjoys working with a wide range of players—especially youth, ladies, and seniors. This role includes leading lessons, clinics, and seasonal programs such as summer camps.

Qualifications

· LPGA certification preferred

· Prior golf instruction experience required 

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Passion for teaching and growing the game of golf

· Ability to work with players of all skill levels

Responsibilities

· Provide individual and group golf instruction

· Lead youth programs, ladies' clinics, and senior instruction

· Facilitate summer camps (morning availability required)

· Assist in developing and promoting instructional programs

· Deliver a fun, engaging, and professional learning environment

Schedule

· Flexible, part-time opportunity

· Must be available for morning summer camps

· Additional hours based on lesson bookings and clinic schedules

Compensation

· Independent Contractor (1099) position

· Revenue split with the club

· High earning potential based on client base and program participation
