At Cleveland Vegan, we believe great food brings people together — and our events are where that really comes to life. From weddings and private parties to pop-ups and community gatherings, we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Event Marketing Intern to help make every event feel seamless and special.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with event and catering logistics for weddings, private events, and corporate orders
• Organize timelines, packing lists, and event details
• Place rental and supply orders
• Support on-site event setup and coordination, including occasional weekend weddings
• Film and edit short videos and assist with social media content creation
• Provide general marketing and administrative support
  
   

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and proactive — someone who notices what needs to be done
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
• Student or recent graduate in marketing, event planning or related field
• Availability to work select weekends for scheduled events

• Approx. 10-20 hours per week
• In-person in Cleveland
  Includes some required weekend shifts for weddings and events
• Hourly pay (rate based on experience)
