The Counselor is responsible for day-to-day camper activities, providing guidance and support to camp counselors to ensure that activity planning, implementation and supervision is consistently meeting and exceeding expectations. A Counselor exhibits characteristics of responsibility, dependability, leadership, patience, punctuality, hard worker, common sense, good judgment, and a positive enthusiastic attitude.
