We are seeking a seasonal Groundskeeper to work from May 1 through October 31, 2026. This is a part-time position with approximately 30-32 hours per week. Typical working hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Thursday 8:30am - 2:00pm with some flexibility available. Compensation $16 an hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Turn on the water supply for each building and install trap screens and doors.
2. Clean the grounds first thing in the morning.
3. Change light bulbs in buildings and lamp posts.
4. Plant flowers, pull weeds and turn on sprinklers. 
5. Clean gutters and perform minor repairs.  
6. Trim trees and bushes.
7. Repair fences.
8. At the end of the season, turn off the water supply for each building and secure access panels. 

Applicants must be at least 18 years old or 17 with a work permit. Dependability and reliable transportation are essential.
